Ok, for awhile I had the light mod on my Uly. I recently had switched it back because I thought I smelled electrical fire and the low beam was not working. When I checked the light I noticed that the wire was not in the hole. Anyway after that my neutral light would not light when in neutral. A few months later (this weekend) my neutral light is now functioning but my horn sounds like a dying duck. Any experts out there have any ideas it would be greatly appreciated. tanks

The horn is probably... the horn. Its either failing or it came unbolted. The Fiam Freeway Blaster is on the shelf at most auto parts stores and is a nice cheap upgrade anyway.

You did fix the low beam wire, right?
