After 4 tps sensors resets and setting the avf to 100. my X1 just won't start at a higher RPM. runs beautiful after the resets and its fully warmed up. let it sit overnite in the garage and try to start it (70*f) and it wants to run at 1000 to 1050 rpm and stall if i dont stand there with my hand on the throttle at 2000 rpm or higher to get her to warm up. any ideas?? |

What was your AFV before resetting to 100? If it was high, say in the 120+ range, and given how it acts now, I would suspect a leaking intake manifold seal. Leaks when cold; as the engine warms up, the seal expands and seals properly. Hope this helps, Dave |
