I have had my 1125CR since march, and for the most part, love the bike. I do have an issue that has been unresoloved, and the Dealer says it is something that I'm going to have to live with it. The problem is a stutter at a steady speed. It doesn't matter what the engine RPM is, or what gear or speed you are going. To me it seems like a miss for only one cycle once and a while. I unplugged my denoid valve, and no change. I installed a Barkers exhaust, and the problems is more noticeable now. Is the fuel filter replaceable? What else can it be? The dealer has checked everything electrical. Any thoughts would be great. Thanks Craig |

Sounds more like management of your fuel/spark delivery. I'd suspect the ECM. Now that you have an aftermarket exhaust, your bike probably needs more fuel. This is why a lot of us switch from the stock ECM to a race ECM. The fuel maps are different. You need to consider investing in a race ECM from Erik Buell Racing. |
