I have a firebolt XB12R ---looking for the best performance with maximum thread life --should I get the - Michelin Pilot Power 2CTs -- or Pirelli Diablo Corsa III -- or any other whats the difference between the Pilot power, and the pilot powers 2Ct |

It is one or the other. The grippier the tire, the faster it will wear. That said, both the Corsa III and PP 2CT are fantastic and will serve you well. I have put miles on both, and for my street riding they both feel great, plenty of grip when pushed hard. The Corsa does takes longer to warm up. The Corsa lasts longer from my experience, your milage may vary. I don't know the difference between the two Pilot Power models though. |

The standard Power Pilot and Diablo are single compound. The Corsa III and 2CT are dual compound with the softer compound being on the tread shoulder. I have the Corsa III on my bike and love it, but I am thinking about trying the 2CT next. I bought my tires from motorcycle-superstore.com. |
