Bike ran out of gas, now it runs horrible. It will missfire and sound like cylinders are cutting in and out. I have a race ecu, power commander, force racing pipe, stock airbox. I put new plugs in and ran 3 tanks of gas with fuel injector cleaner in it and it's not getting better yet. Do i need to reset something? I can only get 100 miles out of a tank of gas also.

I think you need to run in 4th gear at about 50 mph for a few miles at a constant throttle angle to let the ECM learn the new adaptive fuel value. Oh, and...don't run your EFI Buell out of gas : ) The computer doesn't like it.
