is a 2003 xb9 crank the same as a m2 or x1.the xb crank will fit into the m2 case right? what about the trans gears? are they interchange able? |

No, no and no.. It would take machining on the case to get the crank to fit. The trans on the old tubers was a cassette style, the XB isn't, they require a case split. Some of the gears may be the same but I'm not sure on that one. |

i know people have used a xb crank in a 883 sportster to make it a 750cc motor, there have been at least 2 at maxton like that and even a guy with a xb crank in a ironhead motor. it is possible but not sure how? i was told that the crank pins were different size? im not 100% that why im asking. Thomas |
