I just put together a prototype handguard setup. Took it on the highway, it worked well, and it really quieted vibrations in the bars, i can see behind me without blur, I can even see in the mirrors at idle now, they shake a little, but arent blurred, the wind blockage is good, I got extra cell cast acrylic, to make several sets, but so far the first works well.  | ||

I made 3 sets with the 24x24" cell cast acrylic, the color of cherry bomb is Red-2423, the first pic is the small ones, they seem to work just as well as the large, the second pic is one of each of the large guards, when it gets cold here, I iwll know if the larger ones block more, the acrylic is easy to bend, pretty much any way you want to, with a heat gun, I cut with a dremmel.   | ||
