Author Message   Stephen_nf Posted on Tuesday, May 25, 2010 - 03:51 pm:        Hey folks, here's a question for you. I have a 04 Firebolt, and I just installed heated grips. I only realized after installation that they were for 06 and newer. Has anyone installed these on an older bike? From what I can see the only difference is the accessory plug, as everything else fits perfect. What I thought about doing was cutting off the accessory plug from the bike, then replacing it with the female bobtail plug from the harness that came with the grips.
