I have a pair of the Buell brand Gortex riding gloves, model 99431-06BX and love them. They fit well and for cooler days they've been keeping my hands warm without the bulk. HOWEVER! I've really used them maybe a couple of dozen times and the synthetic material in the palm and just outside the outer thumb is already starting to shred pretty badly. I can see the underlying material through the outer fabric and it won't be much longer before they're toast. I got them at a pretty good price, but even at that price I would have expected them to last longer. My question is if anybody else has has this issue, and if there's any fix to be had, short of cutting my losses and getting something else? I'll be contacting the dealer to see if they can do anything to make me whole, but... This is my first issue like this with Buell "stuff" and I'm surprised. |

The Buell X gauntlets? Yea, they are junk. |

You could switch to the Buell Puck gloves. Of course, they wear out almost as quickly. I suspect a lot of Buell Accessories, particularly anything related to gear or clothing, were actually all Harley. |

Glad I got them on sale! I thought it odd that they have the new Buell logo, but a 2006 manufacture date. They're literally disintegrating in the palms. Too bad. They fit pretty well and are warm and windproof. |
