I may have an old Boundary bag instruction sheet with pictures, diagrams, lines and arrows (borrowing a line from Arlo Guthrie... ) somewhere. That notwithstanding, the two Buell tank bags I have, a small Boundary and a large touring type, that fit a '96 S1 and 1125R both have a rear strap that goes through the quick disconnect clip, down and around the frame tubes in front of the seat and back to the clip. No real mystery. If you can picture in your mind what I just described and that'll do, cool. Then I won't have to search for that instruction sheet. When not using a bag, I either remove the seat to tuck the rear strap under the seat or I'll just pull the loose end of the strap down as far as it'll go, pulling the clip down in front of the seat and stuff the loose strap under the seat, so that just the clip shows in front of the seat. |

Pop off the seat, you will see two screws holding on the airbox cover. The strap goes in between those screws and the airbox, I am sure I got a pic somewhere. |
