just spotted this thread.... I put some on last June. got about 7500 miles out of them, the front could go further, but rear maybe could go another 500 miles....). I wish I was more able to describe them in "magazine review" terms, but I liked them just fine. During the winter storage months, I'm shopping for another set of PR2's. My xb9r sees likely about 75% weekend carving and 25% commuting. They seem to do everything I need them to do, and I've never felt either end slip. I've also ran Pilot Roads (slightly less mileage), Diablos, Metzeler M-1's, and the stock Dunlops. |

I'm running them, like them, will get them again at replacment time. Third set of tires, first stockers for 06 2nd set scorpions, now PR2's. so far PR2's are my preference. Virtualy no off road other than gravel and a few dirt tracks in farm land. (Message edited by pso on January 31, 2010) |

i switched from dunlops. i loved the way my dunlops handled but they wore out to quickly. These (michelin 2cts) handle just as good and wear alot longer. |

how funny how price makes a difference , I have 3 bikes that are running a victory Hammer 09 and two firebolts 06 on the Vic Dunlap elites mich doesnt make a 250 rear so i'm stuck and the recent bolt i bought had bridgestone on it and i have a bridgestone on the rear of my black 06 and michelin on the front, and just cauht a sale at cycle gear 179 for a 190 rear and 120 front, but if i had the money id have michelin pilot 2 ive use them before and i think there the best thing going |
