this is also posted in XB section, hoping get multiple responses... So i got my hands on a used buell race pipe. I put a couple of fingers up into the outlets and it has Copious amounts of black carbon even through to the ends of the outlets. I cant imagine what the innerds are coated with. So. Does anyone have ideas on how to clean up the insides. I dont want to crack it open, but I would like to improve the flow. Thanks, Alex |

boiling hot soapy water. truckwash or something. pour it in. plug the ends and shake the s#!t outta it. repeat. |

How about using one of those long handle brushes used for cleaning bottles, in addition to the method described above.. |
