My front cylinder on my 2005 XB12 has some pretty loud piston slap in the front cylinder so I'm figuring out which direction I should start planning for. Obviously, now is the perfect time to go big bore and do what I've wanted. This is my daily rider, so reliability is numero uno for me.

If you had to rebuild your engine, what would you do?

If you've rebuilt one, what would you do differently?

I regret not sending my lower end to the Hoban Brothers for bearing replacement and crank work.
