I own a 984. I have a Latus muffler. Great top end gains but lost alot down low. Started thinking...Are all aftermarket performance mufflers designed for 1200cc? |

No, not all aftermarket mufflers are designed for the 12. While the Latus, Jardine, and D&D are designed for the XB12 or the XB9, Special Ops and Drummer offer different designs for the XB9 and XB12. Please go to http://americansportbike.com/ and check out the XB Exhaust Shootout. This shootout may also help to explain why you are loosing your bottom end. |
