I have dealt with the owner and one of his brothers in the sales dept. They have been great and are super people. Just one note. My 99 X1 was owned by one of the brothers. He is a tech in the service dept. Well this winter I did a lot of work on the bike. I can't count all the screwed up jerry rigged thing I found. Wrong size bolts, incorrect parts, ect... If this is how a Kegel works on his own bike, you can only imagine how he would treat someone's else's bike. Just a word of warning not to have work done on your bike there. |
