I want to give a HUGE thumbs-up to Dave Bigley and Cowboy H-D/Buell of Austin, Texas. He gave a friend of mine a no BS deal and exceptional customer service on an '09 Uly. And Dave did this whilst having an MI, getting defibbed twice and having angioplasty. Talk about multi-tasking. Only took 1 day off, and completed the deal with one of the best attitudes in the business. And if you know me, you know I have a little knowledge of the business. Hats off to Cowboy H-D/Buell of Austin. They have salespeople that were excellent former technicians who are also very avid riders, not used car salesmen. That dealership is going in the right direction. My friend happens to live where the snow won't be gone for quite some time. It's a shame he asked me to put the break-in miles on it! + 1 on Cowboy HD. My 09 Uly was from there. Lonnng story about how I came to acquire it, but they certainly blew me away. Kudos to them. | ||
