Well living good has its drawbacks, like gaining a little more weight than I wanted, but east to rectify also, the question is on My 98Cyclone 'standard' forks and at 275 lb's what's the recomended fork oil weight? Moderate riding. |

I can't help with the oil weight, but adding heavier springs would be the first thing I do. 1.0kg springs are the heaviest that Race Tech offers for our forks as far as I know. That may still be a little on the soft side (not much, racetech recommends 1.033kg for your weight on street, 1.09 for race), but it should make a big difference from stock. Check out racetech.com and do the product search. |

In my 99 manual it says to alter the amount of oil. And I would imagine the oil weight would change things also. But the manual says to just use TYPE E. (Message edited by Buell_Bert on November 02, 2008) |
