They are extremely friendly, very very buell friendly- Have 3 1125rs (one demo), four xb12r on the floor, two lightenings, a Uly, Uly Xt, blasts- they carry it all and service things excellent- definitely become a top notch dealer in the last two years (new owner). The bike I currently ride wasnt even purchased there but it is no issue. John Powell in sales is also a great guy- fan of the buells.
