How do I adjust the tracking on the drive belt on my 2000 blast its running to the far right up against the guard. I think probably by adjusting the engine mount struts but what has to be loosened to allow things to move around?

There is no adjustment as the entire engine, transmission and swingarm assembly is all ridigly connected in the lateral (side to side) sense. If the belt is not rubbing or fraying on the edge, it is fine, no adjustment required.

If it is rubbing a belt guard, then you may resolve that issue by slight adjustment (loosen and reposition) of the guard itself.

When did this first start happening? Did you recently install a rear tire or has the bike ever hit the ground?

It's possible that the swingarm could be bent to the left enough to cause a lateral displacement of the wheel pulley from where it should be. Other people have found their swingarm shaft was bent or tweaked enough to throw the swingarm and rear pulley out of alignment, causing belt rubbing and edge fraying.
