I bought my 08 XB12R from Ted S., sales manager there at Faultline. He's been nothing but a great guy, from the purchase of the bike, til even after my wreck. He's gone above and beyond what any salesman would be expected to do. Always ready to help however he can, replies to any and all emails etc. If any of you are in the area (or not, I came from Fresno, 160 miles away), definitely go see Ted. The rest of the shop was also very friendly, from sales to service. They set up my suspension for me before I left as well. I had some warranty work done and no problems. I get my parts online at Chicago HD save 20%
