Installed a Backoff XP taillight flasher today. A post on another thread here said that the brake light wire in the harness running left of the fuse panel was red/white. There were two orange/white and two red/yellow wires; no red/white. I cut each one at a time, getting "lucky" on the last wire... Everything is connected back up with bullet connectors, the XP works but I have no signals, tail light or combined high/low headlight. Everything worked before and the light fuse tests good for continuity. What am I missing here? Thanks in advance. |

EDIT: The ground wire on the XP is connected to the black ground screw beside the front corner of the fuse, along with the other three ground wires that terminate there. |
