I went up to Barrie to get some brake pads yesterday and couldn,t believe my eyes when I walked up to the front door. The large display areas to the left and right of the entrance were full of Buells. They had 10 Buells, including three 1125's prominently displayed before you even got to the Harleys. In the past, the three or four Buells they had were tucked into the back corner by the washrooms. I was very impressed by the display and the willingness of the kid in the parts department who took a lot of time looking up and writing down part numbers for me of items that I wasn't going to buy right then. They actually had rain suits, helmets, a few jackets, and quite a few hats and T Shirts in stock as well. Check out their website and take a look at the video of the bike they build for one of our soldiers who came home a double amputee. Click on the "Buellseye" logo on the right. I believe the only reason I ended up getting my Buell is because the dealer in Gladstone, MO, put the Buells right by the door. I didn't know they existed, but 2 weeks later, I owned one. |

They certainly were getting a lot of attention, even from the Cruiser / Bagger guys. The 1125 in particular seemed to generate a lot of discussion. |
