Has there been any definitive answer as to whether the non-oil Buell air filter is better than the K&N filter? Also, how is the Buell filter cleaned properly? --Sean |

I too am curious. I just switched to the Buell Pro Air filter at 10k miles. How is it cleane and how often? The packaging did not specify. |

The buell pro is a disposable, the k&n washable. So you just have to throw the buell pro away when it gets dirty and buy a new one, real simple. I clean my k&n every 3 months. |

I too have the Buell pro series air cleaner for my 12s, which states it's washable. Haven't done it yet, but thought of buying the K&N cleaning & oiling kit and following those instructions, and in fact oiling it this time round. Any thoughts? |
