Will a 05 xb12 with a 05 Race ECM be ok with the new style inner air box and the hole through the frame plugged?

I know the ecm has been "re calibrated" in the newer models to compensate for more cooler air. Will this matter?

Yes it will be fine. No the race ecm does not need adjustment.
