Author Message   Sporticus Posted on Sunday, July 13, 2003 - 11:08 pm:        I'm continuing my obsessive pre-Buell purchase homework. I like the M2 but the hard bags of the ST3 are a big attraction. I want a '98 or earlier ST3 because fuel injection is scary Pre-1999 ST3 examples don't grow on trees, so I'm having other ideas. Has anyone ever managed to put ST3 bags onto an M2? What is involved? Is there an aftermarket equivalent available? HAs anyone got a photo of what the finished product looks like? Thanks in advance!   Koz5150 Posted on Monday, July 14, 2003 - 04:49 am:        I had toyed with the idea when I bought my M2. There was a guy who had a M2 with the hard bags set up on it. He had to modify the brackets from a S3 but was able to make it work. Personally I opted for the soft bags, found them in the classifieds on this board for $125 I think.
