Any help is greatly appreciated! A service manual is on the way but not here yet.   75aztec Posted on Wednesday, April 02, 2008 - 12:13 am:        Hi, You probably have your manual by now. I'm not sure on your bike, but for on '04 you are to anti-seize the axle, tighten the axle to 23-27 ft-lbs, back it out two full turns, then tighten to 48-52 ft-lbs. The pinch fastners are torqued to 40-45 ft-lbs. Again, that is for an '04 but might help.
