Guess this would fall under an accessory. What brand of lift do you guys use to lift the rear wheel off the ground and maintain a level attitude for oil changes etc? I had one for my Ducati Multistrada but sold it. I don't think it would work on the Buell as it grabbed the axle. Buel Axle is hidden but hollow. Not sure what stand to order that will attach to hollow of the axle. Talking about 08 Uly. Thanks in advance. |

I've seen some you can make. Weld up a triangle of the proper height using angle stock. Then weld round stock perpendicular at the top of the triangle. Make 2 of them. Insert the round piece into the hollow axle when its on the kick stand then lean it the other way and insert the other in the other side of the axle. There you have the tire off the ground to do your maintenance. |

I have the pit-bull stands. They work great. |

I have the Cyclelift one, I bought it from American Sport Bike http://www.americansportbike.com/ http://www.cyclelifts.com/ Takes some practice, but holds well. If I'm going to be yanking on things, I toss a bag of shot or sand on the handle. |

I have an Anderson stand from Australia. It has casters on it so I can wheel the bike against the wall. I love it. --Sean |
