Looking to buy an XB12SCG for my wife, however I think the 12s a bit too much for her.
Is it possible to buy an XB9S and change the suspension and seat so that we'll end up with a xb9SCG? Is that possible, whats riquired?

Shaiss-
Easy parts swap will get an XB9S lowered... converted my XB9SLow to regular height without trama.
Best deal would be suspension swap with another BadWebber looking to raise a Low/cg bike.
Next simplest is to just try a Low/cg seat on regular XB9S.
Worst case is getting the parts required:
forks
lower triple clamp
Low/cg shock
side stand
