Do i need to get the ECM programmed? Ive heard the the D&D was more tough to get the ECM programmed or whatever. and where do i go to get this done? I live in St Paul MN |

Ok I just finally finished the same mod. XB9S(open air box, K&N, D&D, Race ECM, then I sent the ECM to get remmaped by AL at American Sport Bike for the D&D. Then Dealer did a TPS reset. She's perfect now! |

I forgot I put the block on badweb in regards to getting email. I think the cost was someting like $190 for remap and $65 for TPS reset, I can't recall what AL charged for the open air box but it made it all good. Only thing is there is a power dip @ 3.2k-3.6k RPM. She comes alive between 4 and 6.5! In a year or two I'll probably put on a micron full set up. I need more acceleration out of the corners in the mountains or different gearing between 2nd and 3rd. |
