I had purchased a Vance and Hines exhaust for my tuber this summer. Operator error - I failed to tighten the rear part of the muffler (nutplate) to the rear bracket. The bolts fell out this weekend. I phoned Vance and Hines to confirm the size of the bolts - they told me the size but also said they would send me (free of charge) new bolts and nutplate priority mail.

I like the muffler fine - but I am BIG TIME impressed with this customer service!
