when for a nice 2 hour ride everything was fine. Hopped on an hour later, had lights, no fuel injection sound, and no fire at ignition. fuses?? fuel injection pump???

Check the relays in the left hand fuse box. Pull them and take a look at the underside where the connection blades are and look for signs of burning.

Swap relay position to test for a bad one.
