I was looking around on the Buell.com site in the acces. and saw a note pertaining to replacement wheels not fitting the 12X. What gives? Is it due to diff. size or because of the harsher environment it will be exposed to?![](http://www.badweatherbikers.com/buell/clipart/flagUSA.gif) |

The Uly wheels were beefed up to handled off road riding. I don't know exactly what changed, but they weigh about 1 lb more than the other XB wheels. |

If my memory is correct the thickness of the rim is slightly thicker than regular XB wheels. |
