My 2000 M2 came stock with a 16.5" shock that was replaced with a 14.7" shock by the dealer under Buell's "goodwill" program. That shock bled to death recently and I want to replace it with a Penske unit. I'd like to use the 16.5" length again. Does anyone know if the old style shock mount is still available? Does anyone have one they want to let go of? |

Dj-I may have one laying around from when I was messing with my ride height. I have the same year and model as you and was trying to get the rear end up a bit higher by using an older shock mount with a newer shock. It didn't work but I do still believe I have the part. I'll find out tonight if I have one... |

If there's nothing wrong with it, I'd like to buy it - I don't care if the paint is scratched. PM me with the particulars. |

The one on the left is the one you want, the one on the right is the current updated one. Let me know if you want it.
