Of the few H-D dealerships I've wandered into, none were Buell franchised. Even Ladlaws, who's 70 foot tall H-D shield sign, led to disappointment. I went in and asked where the Buells were. The guy had to go ask; he didn't know. It turned out they don't sell Buells. Buell's site doesn't list it's dealerships by any criteria such as 4 star, Diamond dealership, etc. Is there a way to locate best performing, highest commitment dealerships per state? |

XBjames, I'm in the same boat as you. SoCal Harley/Buell dealers are clueless. I asked one of them if the XBS is the same as the X, and what makes them differant, just as a joke to test them. Most dealers will answer, "The X is a taller bike for tall riders like yourself". Anyone have any idea |

Pomona HD. I ordered parts, and the guy who was working Parts brought them to Me,at closing time for him, since He lived close by. Honestly dont know the showroom number of Buell's if any, though I suspect they to be enthusiasts. |

For authorized dealers I'd use BMC's Dealer Locator. Go to any other dealer and you're setting yourself up for disappointment unless it's for universal stuff like oil or spark plugs. Otherwise to find out the better dealers, I'd try searching the BadWeB in threads like this one. For Pasadena, Glendale HD/B is your closest and likely the most highly recommended, supportive and definitely clued-in, dealer in the area. These are the guys to go to if you want to buy Buells, get parts and service for your Buell, Buell clothing, go racing with, you get the picture, right? In my neck of the woods, Bartels' is where I go for Buell parts, service and bikes. But then, they know me there and I've been doing business with them for a long time. YMMV. |
