Just a note for all you San Francisco Bay Area riders. I have read a lot of post regarding poor service from Harley Davidson shops so I am happy to report a good experience with Harley Davidson of Vallejo. My new 07 XB12s developed an oil leak some wares in the rear of the engine that was putting oil on the rear tire. I brought the bike unannounced to the service department at Vallejo H.D. Joe Hinojosa wrote me up and said they were busy but he would see what he could do to get my bike fixed. Both Terry Edick the service manager and Joe called me on a regular basis to keep me updated. I was given a day that the bike was to be ready to go and get this it was finished a week early. Terry even made arrangements for me to pick the bike up on a Sunday when the service department was closed. Now that is excellent customer service… Thank You H.D. of Vallejo |
