Got the Buell briefcase off eBay, then had to convince the seller to send me the straps. But never got any instructions.

Looks like it's supposed to put a web-strap thingie on the bolt under the M2 seat.
But if so, the straps don't reach the case. It appears impossible from this angle for the thing to strap down.

Anybody got Buell Briefcase instructions?
