Ditto here. They must have not gotten any better after a year and a half. Details? PM me.... let's just say, there's a LOT that leaves to be desired in sales and their documentation departments. |

I bought mine from Youngstown HD which is now called Biketown. I had to go back to get an "IOU" fixed(passenger seat and cowl was damaged when they were putting it together???) But needless to say, they only cared about the money. I went to another buell dealership to get my first service done because they said they could take me that day. When I a waiting there, Bob(great guy) came out and asked me. "They let you leave without doing ANY of the bulletins or recalls" Then they checked the computer(HD net I'm guessing) and mark all four as being done. I'll drive an hour more to get to Cleveland or Hals just so I don't have to deal with them. In case you were wondering, Bob's dealership closed down totally. |
