What exactly do you mean? Yes folks have used wide band O2 sensors to measure mixture. What "number" are you wanting? Stock bikes are set to run at cruising speed pretty much right at 14.7:1, the stoichiometric ratio. At WOT that goes down somewhat for improved performance. |

O.K the bike its 12r 2004 Whit a modified stock pipe but i keep the valve and a k/n . this is why and want some number to know if i am lean or not. This is want a have any rpm any gear 14.5 to 14.8 except 5 over 5000 it s a bit lower 14.3 14.4 but a that speed it s hard to check and at idle very lean 18.0 to 19.0 on aceleration it s around 12.5 to 13.0 except on 5 on very hard aceleration from 1600 rpm it will keep 12.5 to 3000 i will have 14.2and after 4000 it go to 13.5 |

Al Lighton or Terry Parsley (Buelldynoguy) will be able to give you some feedback on that. They present data in their report on the stock XB12 and it includes A/F information. Here's a plot of just the stock XB12 run they did. Ignore the graph title, my version of WinPep puts the BadWeB moniker on there. Thank Al and Terry and Kevin and Craig for all their hard work doing the dyno testing. You can find that excellent report at American Sport Bike. |
