Just thought I'd fill you guys in... My brother has finished his turbo'd XB12s and we went to the dyno this week. The thing is an animal. The motor is completely linear... there is no, literally no lag and just progressive pull from idle on up (a properly sized turbo does wonders). The install is extremely well done and sounds incredible! Hillbilly-Motors has absolutely nothing on this bike. If anyone is interested, we have dyno graphs, pictures, and some videos. |

Woohoo! 25%+ increase at 3,500 rpm! That is nice. And 100 RWHP at just 6,200 rpm is nice too. Cuánto coste por favor? |

Are we not going to hear anymore about this kit? I was headed the direction of new heads/cam but was holding off to hear a price on this package. Wonder if this is not going to happen now. Dont want to hold onto my money forever. |

Looks like the turbo is kicking in at 2700 RPMs, which is perfect. It makes it more predictable when you are just cruising around. That torque is incredible too. It's almost totally flat the whole time. Guess we won't hear a price. Perhaps the person was not allowed to post it due to sponsor rules? (Message edited by Shea on August 03, 2006) |

From what I understand, he engineered the kit himself. It looks really good (from the pic's) and I believe he is trying to get some kits together to sell. http://www.badweatherbikers.com/buell/messages/32777/206028.html |

ERICZ: this is aimed at you... how did you overcome the fluctuating AFV or does it stay more or less inline? Does it maybe run lean if you get into boost if you haven't been there in a while or does it run rich if you do a few boost passes and then drive more conservatively? Thanks dan |

Here is my shot at a turbo Aussie style fellas. Still more sorting to do , no cutting of any fairings and the chin spoiler will go on perfect as well. Will get figures very soon if interested. Doc |

That is a really good looking XB!! I like the turbo install and how it maintains the use of a muffler!! Docktor, do you have any more information on the bike? I would love to chat with the owner!! Let me know more if you can!! |

Power commander controls the fuelling, and a rising rate fuel pressure reg raises the fuel pressure as boost increases. this maintains even fuel delivery under boost. Doc |

Ericz, Do you mind telling us a little more about your bike and the turbo setup? Your dyno charts have peaked my interest. How does she ride? I see the torque is nice and linear, I'm impressed. |
