I should know the answer to this one but.... Is the Z bracket on a 2000 M2 suppose to be solidly mounted at the engine or is a "floating" type mount. Mine moves around a bit almost like it's rubber mounted. I've tried to tighten it up but it already snug. I suppose I could look at my parts book, but it's at home. I've got the "Y" mount up front and a SuperTrapp pipe, no real problems so far. Just wondering. Brad |

It bolts to 2 rubber grommets just like the ones in the front exhaust mount. |

Thanks Josh, While I was dinking around with my now leaky rear shock, I noticed the rear of the SuperTrapp moved around a bit. Maybe I better check the grommets for wear. I think it's moving a bit too much. Sure don't want to break a header stud. Brad |
