Want to paint my pulley cover to match the silver engine color. This is a fiberglass one from Air-Tech. Any suggestions for economical matching color? Like silver hi-temp primer in a spray can? Anybody ever had to 'touch-up' a silver engine? What worked well? |

Harley makes a paint (in spray can) called "silver bead blast" part #98606BY. I have used it on several projects that have included rocker boxes, cam covers and case covers. It holds up very well, I have even spilled fuel on it with no ill effect. I do believe proper prep and application are very important to end result. FWIW, when ordrering this product at a dealership, give them the part number, because most likely they will have no clue what you are talking about if you ask for it by description. Timbo |

Also, Forgot to mention it is a perfect match to the stock silver cases. Timbo |
