I use John's V-Twin in Savannah, GA. Not an official dealer, but the owner has 2 Buells and many years experience with Harley and others.. He just serviced my XB12R and installed the race kit and new rear tire. It runs great! And he has more bikes on display in his shop than T-shirts...a real motorcycle shop. |

I agree with Mr Hinely. John is by far the best place to take any Buell, or for that matter any VTwin, in SAV, Chatham, or the Low Country. He does great work, reasonable and fast. Plus you can sit there, drink a soda and BS while they are working. BTW, John's yellow XB9SL was my first Buell. Most of the local Poker Runs or bike activities start at John's. The following is a message I posted quite some time ago on another thread. Posted on Wednesday, December 28, 2005 - 08:56 am: -------------------------------------------------------------------------------- I have been extremely impressed with what I've seen DAVES write on many of the threads, and what everyone says about him and the dealership. I do want to mention as I have in a couple threads, for the peeps down south that I bought my second Buell from Ocala HD and I was equally impressed with the dealership and staff. I had heard they had dynamite prices and when I called I got the a 2005 XB12Scg for $8495 and they delivered to my door in Savannah, GA free. Our sorry HD dealership here does not sell or service Buell, but a local shop, John's V Twin, rides and services Buell. I would suggest to anyone that if you can't get to Wisconsin that you try Ocala, btw they have a great website ocalahd.com. |
