Dave: That is what a person who THOUGHT about buying a Buell, made the mistake of buying and Aprillia and THEN learned about Buells does when they get to the bridge. Court |

Hey! I've got an '04 Factory AND an '04 XB12S. The Aprilia makes 140 RWHP, the Buell about 85! The Buell does handle well (For a Harley), but try putting in another 55 HP & see what it handles like?! My Factory will still blow the doors off of ANY Buell, street, or track! Any bike with minimal HP can handle well. My RZ-350 was probably the best handling, most fun bike I've owned, but making big HP & handling is a lot tougher! About the ONLY place a Buell will beat an Aprilia is on a go-cart track, where there's a turn every 100 feet and no straights. And, even that's debatable! As far as torque, my buddies '05 GSXR 1000 blows the doors off the Buell in the torque Dept., so I don't think I'll be jumping off any bridges! |

Hey! Dave in Maine! Welcome to the BadWeb! If it was about electrical work it might mean a piece of wire with alligator clips on each end. And I'm a 2000 M2 owner and live in Ellsworth off the Bayside Road. I'm just starting to think about getting the deuce out of the basement. I just replaced the leaky gaskets under the rocker boxes, got a few more details to take care of. Starting to get it ready for the spring roll out. Jack |

when the sockeye salmon are running in cook inlet, they sometimes get excited and leap clear out of the water. these leaping fish are called "Jumpers", and when sighted nearby the net goes in the water immediately. |
