Does anyone know what HD or Buell sprays on their polished parts so they don't spot or stain. I was going to polish everything but I don't want this stuff to look like crap when it gets hot than wet. Someone told me it's hard to get clear to stick to a smooth surface. Any ideas? |

eastwood (sells stuff for customizing cars) has some stuff they call diamond clear. Supposed to be great even on car intake manifolds. http://www.eastwoodco.com/shopping/product/detailmain.jsp?itemID=415&itemType=PR ODUCT&RS=1&keyword=diamond+clear |

There is a silicone and wax impregnated polishing cloth on the market called "classic cloth" that they used to sell at speed shops around here. It was fantastic for keeping polished aluminum from streaking and "whitening" Chuck |
