Hallo.
Is it possible, to replace the left-hand (outer) sprocket shaft bearing without removing the flywheel assembly from the crankcase?
Only the bearing,not the race!
Ralph

Are you talking about Timken bearing or INA bearing?

If it is a INA (XB) I Never thought of trying, I guess if you can get it out, I would assume you could get new on in. Do you have reason to try?

If it is a Timken, it is pressed on and I can not see a way of getting it off and if it needs to be replaced, so should the inner bearing and the corresponding races.
