Similar to the bike poll, only on the dealership, but I don't think we need to name the dealers in this one as I think we are mainly looking for just a general head count, the head chopping can come at another time . So, answer only for dealerships you have had regular contact with and list them only as Dealer #1, Dealer #2, and so forth, then answer the following with either satisfied or unsatisfied: Dealership #_, sales department:___, parts department:___, service department:___, and for this topic I think we can add in a variable answer as well. I'll start: Dealer #1: sales = satisfied, parts = satisfied, service = variable. There, that was easy. Next? Thanks. |

dealerships 1,2,3 and 4. UNSATISFIED. doesn't matter how good intentions are, they lacked service, parts, pricing, and competent techs. (although on my harleys i would have ranked every dealership and enthusiastic A+... says somethin' don't it?) |
