Rossiters Harley/Buell is an outstanding dealer. The service is great and the folks are always nice. I have a Blast and they treat me as good as any other bike I see come through the shop. Jim in sales is outstanding along with Orca. The service department has always done first rate work. A day or 2 after the work is done I always get a followup call thanking me for my buisness. The parts folks have people who actually know the bikes. When I ask for that thing on the left side of the bike, the people do not roll their eyes and give me attitude, they ask me to point out the general area where the part is located on the bike so I get the correct part.The experience has always been positive.
