I was in Shelton Wa, and stopped in at a moto cross shop, Dirt Cheap Bikes I think. They had a sale rack and I picked up http://fieldsheer.com/05/ I am very impressed with the detail and workmanship. I took it out this weekend in the cooler air, and it is great. I over dressed a little, and the vents worked great. The collar is a little tight, if I have a couple of layers on underneath that have a collar, but I rolled those collars down and it was fine. The protection is excellent, back, elbow, and shoulder pads fit great and are in the right location. It has an inside zip in the front, so it seals up great. I haven't ridden in the rain yet, but it has some great water proof material. It is very solid, and I feel very safe in it, for street use. I can't recommmend it enough. |

Based on your tip I checked out and purchased a Fieldsheeer Siberia jacket. Great features, quality, and value. About half the cost of other jackets I was looking at. Thanks for the tip. fubar |

Oops...one caution. Seems to run a bit small. I'd go a size bigger if you order by web/mail. |
