I have read in a couple of articles about the existence of these grips. When I bought my Uly and asked the dealer, they looked into it. Nothing in the factory literature. Their calls to Buell Inc. came up empty. The dealer's sales manager does recall something being mentioned at the Denver intro. The articles I've read were of tests conducted in conjunction with that intro. Does someone from Buell speak out of turn? Maybe the person contacted at Buell is out of touch... I am NOT interested in aftermarket 'generic' heated grips. Anyone have any knowledge? |

My guess is that it is something that will be coming down the line (like the taller windshield, the low seat, and the GPS). |

But at least they will confirm the existence of those other products. |

Here is a link for the Dual Star heater kit,, I bookmarked that when someone said it was a good one earlier this year. A search in the KV might turn up that and more info on heaters. Jack |

Actually. . . everyone is correct. The Ulysses will be getting GPS, heated grips and some other goodies. You can see most of them on the foreign Buell websites. The low seat will be along soon, but it's going to be a bit for some of the other stuff. Be patient and I'll see what what we can learn. Court |

Will do, Court. I'll be riding all winter and sure hope the heated grips come in before spring! |

Looking for great aftermarket heated grips? Try some snowmobile sites. Good products and they have been doing it for years so they are very reliable. |

I got some handwarmers from DaveS. They are inside the bar. The switch looks like it came from the factory. |
