Author Message   Doum2 Posted on Monday, September 19, 2005 - 06:34 am:        I have had this happen here and there but seems to be happening a little more frequently lately. what causes this. What is the fix? Some old harley guys say its normal and common for this carb and some say you can tune that carb so it won't happen. Whats the story? Will this cause damage? Some "old Harley guys" simply want loud pipes and anything else ..well..just comes with the 'snortin', kickin', hell raisin'" territory. Correct jetting? Look at the top of this section for jet recommendations, check timing, plugs, wires...simple stuff first. It will pop sometimes when reving the motor a little bit. I only have 60 miles on the motor too. I did a search and couldnt find much. Maybe im just blind.
